Where is my logbook??

Postby Don_Bellairs » Wed Mar 24, 2004 9:35 pm

Hi all, I have been using MFS2002 for about a year and having a lot of fun, mainly enjoy the light aircraft, will tackle the big fellers one day. I decided I would like to check my logbook to see how many hours I have burnt up on this thing, The help index says "on options menu select logbook" Fine, nice and simple, only problem is where the hell is the "options menu?" Have searched high and low and darned if I can find it. Can anybody help please? Keep flying, Downunder Don.

With FS running hit the Alt key which will bring up a menu bar at the top of the page, click on Options.....etc.

Alt+Enter will take you to your Windows page while pausing FS.

Shift+Z will bring up info in red at the top of the screen.

The logbook is also accessible in the FS2002 root directory by clicking on /Flights/Myflights/logbook.

Cheers
White on White fly all night.

Red on White you're alright.

Red on Red you'll soon be dead.

My logbook is at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\FS2002\flights\myflts. The better way to get to it is to fly in full screen mode, and then just press Alt. It will give you the menu's and it is on options, I think.

ALso check your FS2002 cfg file and make sure the logbook lines reads something like this logbook=1 and not logbook=0. The 1 means true or on the 0 means false or off.
