I no you probally have this covered but full throttle....flaps 5... parking brake off...if this doesnt help you have to go to the f$ files and from there turn up your power to the engines( I believe)

Have you tried setting full flaps and setting the throttle at 100% before releasing the parking brake? I can take off in a fully loaded 747 from KINT (Smith Reynolds in Winston-Salem, NC) 6655ft long. Granted that I don't have much room left over, but it can be done.

have you checked the checklists before?
flaps 5 n1 at 96% (in a real plane n2 shouldn't get to red) pull up at 157 knots
gear up when gaining altittude flaps up at 1000 feet AGL
under 10000 feet fly at 250 knots max from 10000 to 24000 accelerate to 320 knots and then to mach 0.84 I think.
happy flying

Open the aircraft cfg. file, go to section
[jet_engine]
thrust_scalar=1.000
alter the value to 1.100 or if necessary to 1.200
should find you now have more power.
Hope this helps, Arthurplum.

Watch out with that power adjustment tho....if you increase it too much, your idle also increases, in which the thrust at idle is more than it would be with the default thrust setting, in turn it means that your aircraft when idle on the ground, wont stay put without constant braking! Also during taxi, tho you wont have to throttle as much to get moving, once you do start moving, you will find the plane will gain speed faster while taxing.
Also with the thrust setting increased, upon final approach when you drop throttle to idle just before touchdown, the idle thrust will be more, meaning your plane might not slow down correctly for landing, which could be a problem for short runways.
