Runway Lights

A while back I downloaded a program that made the runway lights ( and other lights ) brighter.
When I bought a new computer I forgot to move that file.  Now I can't remember where I got it, or the name of the file.
Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Dave

I've been looking for that file for FS2002 for a while. Whats the name of it? If you find it let me know. I HAVE to brighten up my taxi lights. I can't see where I'm going at night.

Hi F16,

I have been looking too, not only here but all over but I haven't been able to locate that file. It worked very well for me on my old computer.
Lets keep looking and post if we find it.

Thanks,

Chief

The file brightened the runway, but did nothing to the taxiways. Is there a file that will brighten the taxiways? ???

Do you do have your taxi lights on?
It seems like after I installed my "glights" both my taxi lights and landing lights are brighter.

Congratulations and well done Chief. I knew such a utility existed but have never been able to find. I downloaded and installed it straight away selecting gold 1 high for starters. It is absolutely brilliant. I have only made one flight yesterday and today. I have spent the rest of the time evaluating glights.
I think the setting of gold 1 high is a bit much, all runway approach lights are dazling. I haven't changed,  the setting because the other lighting effects are great.Bright lights from passenger jet windows, bright blue taxiway lights, terminal building windows ablaze with lights, aircraft landing lights illuminate the whole width of the taxiway.
Best download for a long time.

You mean that EVERYTHING is brighter at night? Taxiway lights included? I have to go download this program. It sounds too good to be true. It also brightens your taxilights, window lights? How about the AI taxilights?

This sounds too good to be true. Is it? :D :D :D :D

Yes, it is to be good to be true but it is. ALL lights are brighter even including AI.

Do it.

I am glad you like the "glights" Alan. I am still tinkering with mine to see which of the 6 are best for me. I have mine set it on 1 high for now.

Chief

Yes, at night, with the panel on, those taxiway lights are practically non-existant, the landing/taxi lights don't help, and really the only way to see is to hit W
