Hello FS2K2 Forum :)

I Bought CFS2 The Day It Came Out In U.S. And Have Been Looking At The FS2K2 Airliners In The Download Section And They Kick Ass :D But I Was Wanting To Know What The Minimum System Requirements Are, Cause I Have A Gateway 1.2 GHZ, 20 GB, 32Mb Intel Graphics Card, And What I'm Afraid Of Is I'll Have To Turn The Settings Way Down Low To Play [Which I Dont Really Want To Do]. Any Suggestions?

Hi, Brandon,

I have an AMD 1.0 Ghz processor with an NVidia TNT-64 video card.  FS2002 runs fine with everything set pretty close to max.  My secret is to use a boot configuration program that will let you boot with absolutely no extraneous programs running in the background.

I don't think you will have any problems with 2002.  2004, on the other hand, runs horribly slow.

Thats What I Figured With All The Screenshots I've Seen Of It. Thats The Most Reallistic Looking Water I Have Ever Seen ;D. Another Question: Which Version Should I Get? Pro? Or Standard?

Personally, I'd recommend Pro.  I can't imagine flying Standard all the time I had 2k2.

I have 2004 which is how I know it runs so horribly.  But there is a "2003" which involves using 2004 textures in 2002 ...  You can get a lot of replacement textures free.  I use replacement 2004 water and ground textures in 2002 with no problem.

I went with pro and that's probably the best bet since the prices for 02 are so low now.  It adds a few more planes and you need the gauges for them to use a lot of addons.

P.S. How So You Like FS2K2? What Are The Stock Planes?
