Flaps don't work on my HOTAS- help!
Posted: Tue Dec 09, 2003 10:26 amI run a Cougar HOTAS and I am using Foxy programming, I allocated F6 and F7 to a two buttons but they don't work when flying.
However, if i use the mouse to set flaps to say first stage take off, then the button will work to retract them!
Also, these two buttons are also not accepted if I go to allocate them in the Assignments menu. I press the joystick button to allocate and nothing is entered.
I am beginning to believe that this is something to do with the Concorde nose thingy, which is associated with the flaps functions.
That, or a bug in FS 2002.
