Can anyone tell me how to start a flight from Terminal with engines off in fs 2002

The easiest way is to start a flight, taxi to the terminal and shut-down everything. Then save the flight. Now whenever you do that flight you'll start in a dark cockpit at the building (you can even set this as the default flight).

When you set up your flight (aircraft, location, time, etc) in the lower left-hand corner of the airport selection screen there is a pulldown menu.
