Auto pilot landing

I have been trying to land an aircraft with autopilot all the way until 200 feet up but when I am coming down the glideslope with autopilot I'm always not trimmed out right (The planes does about a 5 degrees noise down resulting in no flare because I hit the noise so hard off the ground). Any Help?
