FPS drop at touch-down

First of all, sorry to post this topic here, but I have just registered, but the board told me that I was not logged in when I tried to post this message in the fs2004 forum, so maybey one of the moderaters can move this topic ?
Well, the question offcoarse. I haven't found this problem on the web, though I and one of my friends have the same problem.
When I start FS, everything is great, take-off is also not a problem, but when I land after flying for a few minutes, the frame-rate drops to 1 per second or so on the moment of touch-down. I haven't found any clue to which may cause this, so I haven't found a solution for it. When I then pull up again, and clear the ground, the FPS is back up at the normal rate, say 20 or 30. It also is normal again when I come to a complete stop.
You can imagine that this bug (which I believe it is) is very anoying.
Does anyone has the same problem, or maybey a solution to it ?
Thanks in advance,
Rik
