Hi Phil, there are a coupe of ways of doing this.
You can;
find a big yellow square on the ground and taxi into it and shut down. Then you'll refuel (it even has a little petrol pump ;D)
You can press ALT and then select Aircraft-Fuel and set the fuel to what you want.
Or you can do something similar to the above with FSUIPC.

Once I have taxied and shut down, well...nothing happens: is there some key I have to use to fuel it up?? Or have I missed something in the procedure??? If I touch the fuel pump, won't there be any CRASH window indicating that the flight is over?????

Cheers Ozzy

You don't have to shut down,just park the plane in the square. You may have to wait a few a few seconds but keep an eye on your fuel gauge and you'll see the fuel level increase.

I think you do get a building crash if you hit the pump but fortunately you won't burst into flames ;D

once you are in the yellow square, you do not have to shut down...you just have to put your Park Brake on...then it will refuel right away...
