How can I stop my gfx from doing this?

Hey guys, I just bought fs2002 today & after using fs98 for the past year, 2002 blows it away, but im having a really annoying problem.
my graphics look really foggy all the time, and theres a line that goes horozontally across the screen.

i really want to get this solved so i can properly enjoy fs2002. I've tried playing with the display options but i just cant get rid of it. heres my system info from dxdiag.......

sorry i forgot to say my GFX chip is an ATI RAGE M1 MOBILITY (AGP) 8 MEGS

The best bet would be to try a new graphics card.  Yours may not be supported by the software, and to be frank an 8MB graphics card is not going to deliver even if you get this problem sorted.
