Hi,

I have a problem with squawk box....
You know when you need press "start search" when you start squawk box? and then a new window pops up and you have to keep the field blank a click "OK"?

well I do exactly that! I leave it empty, click OK... but squawk box can't find my session... it just keeps looking untill I shut it down....
FSUIPC is running...
Firewall is off...
multiplayer session is on....
SBHost is on...

I have uninstalled and then re-installed FSUIPC and SQUAWK BOX.. god know how many time....

Please help me! I miss VATSIM!!!! :-[

To tell you the truth I never ever ever got that to work.

Right now I have a sticky with my ID and password and another sticky next to it with my IP on it. Just search your sessions. Typing doesn't take long....I proly know my IP by heart already ;D

stay with it mate , i`m sure you`l crack it

have you tried leaving fs in a windows and switching out to the desktop to run squackbox

start fs , start multiplayer as usual , making sure you have 16 and 1 selected when thats happy start host sb and then use alt + enter to switch to a window then find your sb program and do the usual

where the box pops up that is blank try putting in 127.0.0.1 that may help also

Good luck ;D

Do you turn off your firewall and Anti_virus? I don't understand....for ANY game I NEVER turn off those two and I get no problems. Now that I know of the IP other than that none.  ???Wait, thats good I guess>>>> ;D

Hi,
I never have any problems with s/box or multiplayer. I always have anti virus on but not firewall. In our little gang, we had joining problems but once the others knocked off the f/wall all was ok.
