AMD Athlon XP 2100+
GeForce 4 ti4600
512 mb ddr-dimm (PC2700)
WinXP pro

I usually end up with 15fps in KLAX (spotplane view), and this is with the 737 from PMDG, which is a real FPS hog :)

AMD Duron 850 MMX 3D NOW! processor.

I've got both on the 'puter, but I'm sticking with FS 2002 'cos of all my built-in extras... ;D...!
...and it runs S-m-o-o-t-h.... 8)...!
LOL...!

Cheers all... ;D...!
Paul.

P.S.  typo mistake...running now with "FS 2002"

I had a 2500+ clocked at 2.2 ghz
512 megs of DDR 2700
GF FX5200 128 meg
15" LCD running with a refresh rate of 60hz

I turned VSync off and locked my framerates at 45 fps, and that's where they stayed. Lowest I ever got was 30 FPS. Now, my videcard and motherboard are shot. :(

Now I'm running a 1900+
512 megs of DDR 2700
GF4 MX440 (Borrowed, my GF2 MX400 fried as well)
15" LCD @ 60hz

One easy way to increase your framerates, if you're using an LCD, is to turn VSync off. With it on, I got a maximum of 15fps in FS2002. With it off, I got around 100 with settings down, and 45 with everything at max (Screen resolution at 1024 X 768, because running in non-native resolutions is not a good idea).

Well, FYI, I have

P3 550 MHZ
256 MB RAM
INTEL 82810 graphics card

FS2002 gives me 10 FPS!  ;D

FS2004 almost hangs my comp!  :D
I don't represent M$. Then why the name M$? Simple...I like what they make, especially FS!

P4 2.66GHz  512 Mb ram  ATI Radeon 9000. XP(home)

I generally fly with FS Meteo, Radar Contact and FS Flt Keeper running at the same time - fps locked at 40 and in heavy weather/scenery they rarely drop below 18-30

With just about everything maxed everything runs fine.
