File for ATC Airline Recognition

Postby A2Xprt » Sun Aug 24, 2003 2:59 pm

Does anyone know where I can get a file so that ATC will recognize more airline names (i.e. Southwest, America West, etc.) ?

Does this site have it somewhere?

Many thanks.

Doesn't work like that I'm afraid.

You have to download and install the EditVoicePack module (EVPM), then you have to get the updated voice file from their server than you have to install it via the EVPM.

Sorry- forgot to add

New edit

Or you can find em via the Project AI website

America West's call sign is Cactus.  Just put that in and it will show up and be spoken.

Ugh. America West. Right before they moved into the local airport, one of their pilots got busted for being drunk in the cockpit.

There is a file download somewhere, not sure where. If you use the FSEdit.exe thing or whatever and check the aircraft then enter airline as AMERICAN or UNITED, etc.
