I was flying the Baron and set the AP to an alt. 150. But once I reached 140 the speed started dropping and I was going to stall. In the aircraft description, the Baron has a maximum alt. of 180. Can anybody tell me what to do. Do I have to set the mixtiure or something?

Make sure your aircraft is trimmed for level flight.  Sometimes, with even the slightest bit of nose up attitude, the aircraft will immediately go into a stall.

What was your airspeed?  Were your flaps all the way up?  Gear up?  What was your throttle at?

I don't use the Baron, myself, but these are some general tips you may wanna check out.  I know they've screwed me in the past...more than once.  lol

Full throtel, gear up, Flaps up, I usually retract flaps once I take off. FPM is 700

I used to fly the Baron a lot.  Its my favorite default, and I figured some things out about it.  It doesn't like to go above about 12,000 ft unless you are in really good, dry weather (more lift).  Also, the airframe is rated for a little over what it can handle, so you end up ripping it apart at about 220 kts.  Its a finicky aircraft, but much fun to fly.

What's your vertical speed? Too high a rate of climb is a sure ticket to a stall.

I think that's what he meant by 700FPM...surely that isn't too steep to climb, especially at full throttle.

At full throttle the Baron can handle upwards of 2000fpm, but once you get above the 12000 ft mark, the fpm must stay down near 500 if you even want to think of going higher.  Otherwise its siyonara!

Ahh, I see we have a chap who forgets that the air density decreases the higher up you go.  ;)

Less density= more power needed to maintain same V/S
And the baron isn't exactly equipped with the Ferrari of  the turboprops  ;D

Maybe it's a bit obvious but never the less:

Yes you should set the mixture. If it isn't set at auto-mixture not a single combustion engine will work at altitude without adjusting towards lean. See the checklists of the Baron.

DON'T SHOOT!! The Baron is lovely but what you must remember is to adjust your fuel mixture as you increase height. Also adjust your prop setting in respect of fuel consumption.

If I remember you should be making mixture and prop adjustments at about 3500/5000. Mixture at cruise from memory is 58%.

Simply stated-learn to fly it. Out of all the default aircraft it's my favourite and after downloading who knows how many Cessna 310s it's unbeaten as far as I'm concerned. Cheers
