It all depends where you obtained them.  If they're Project AI planes and flight plans, you'll need to download the Installer package, which is available on their site.

That's the only source I use for AI traffic, so if you used something different, I'll be of no use.   Sorry.
Great edit, Bob.

Well, if you want to just add the planes to your list, follow the directions for any other aircraft addon, but if you want to have them flying around at your airports, do this:

Go get fsuipc.dll here: http://www.simviation.com/fs2002utilities_ess1.htm

This is an essential module that makes it possible for different programs to interface with FS.  Don't ask me how, I don't know.

Next get Traffic Tools by Lee Swordy on the same page as above.
http://www.simviation.com/fs2002utilities_ess1.htm

Now, you can use this by itself to create traffic (follow the instructions included with the program) or if you don't think you can do that, go find a program that works with TT.  There are so many that I am not going to list them.  Just go to the search engine on this site and type in 'AI Editors' or something like that.

Good Luck! ;D

Project AI seems to be a favorite here, for its simplicity. ;)

Oh yeah, and it uses TTools, too...

I haven't messed with any Project AI stuff.  What does it do (besides the obvious ::))?  Is it a program that allows you to edit the AI listings, or just addons that put stuff in there without user input?

So far I've been using TTools by itself, editing the raw data that the program spits out. :P  Makes for a long process, but it has certainly taught me a lot about AI traffic.

From what I understand, it puts the real world airlines in with the real world flight schedules.

Other than that, I haven't really done much with it.  That's all I needed it to do.  It may very well be able to do other things, as far as manual changes, I'm not sure.

I tried screwing around with the flight plans manually, but grew tired of it quickly.  That's why I made the switch to PAI...nice and simple.  lol
