A Different Flight Video Question

Yet another question I keep meaning to ask, but only now remembered to do so.
When setting up to record a new flight video in 2K2, you're asked if you want to record at 1 second, 1/2 second, etc....
What does this do? I've toyed around with it and I can't seem to notice any visual difference between the settings on either extreme.
Thanks!

I may be wrong, but, I think that has to do with the video file size.
The smaller the frames number, would mean a larger file size video. I've only used the default 1 second, myself.

Something I can answer for a change! although I'm not sure how to do it again, but if you click on the question mark about Flight Videos, or is it a Help Button, but that explains it to you I think you'll find, I've messed around with so many settings that I've forgotton what does what! lol

Second thoughts! you may just have to hover your mouse pointer over that button or whatever and it tells you I think, I know its one of those, so I can't be more precise!

Hyperion, I just made a flight out of Meigs to O'Hare, on 5 sec interval and a return flight on 1 second interval. The only difference I found was that on tower view, with fly-by in Active Camera, 5 second interval was a bad case of the the frame rates, but on the 1 second it wasn't that bad. I bet on 1/4 it is the smoothest possible.
