If it's been proven time and time again that he's trying to swap a file illegally, isn't there a way to ban his IP from the forums?

I know it seems like a drastic step, but I think we would probably all agree that we'd rather have a drastic step taken now than lose SimV because it had the appearance of not stopping him, ya know?

I just did a search on all 5 of this person's posts.......all asking for AIM nicks, KaZaA and such. Scott, I also think this person should be banned. Simviation's name is to remain clean forever. Unlike FSplanet's
