Joystick vs Gamepad

Hi me again,

Well have I had a gutfull right now, my system is cracking up and all because of some game I installed a few day's ago, anyway I digress,

So I unistalled the Joystick with the intention to try out the Gamepad, answer in short = No good (for me anyway) I was all over the place, no control whatsoever, so back went the Joystick, and out with the Gamepad, now I'll have to stay with the stick me thinks.

Question time (Oh no not again I hear you all cry) LOL yes afraid so:

I noticed that I could have just disabled the Gamepad, if I had done that, would what was said in the readme about having two controlllers installed being possibly responsible for stuttering gameplay still applied?

To late now, but I would like to know so that if it would have been ok to leave it in (but disabled) I can put it back in for my racing games.

I was hoping to fly tonight, looks like I'll have to refund my passengers! LOL

I have both installed and there are no problems other than the gamepad vibrating all over the place when i'm flying, so i keep it unpluged unless i need it.

At least yours rumbles, since I got XP mine does'nt and its all Saitek's fault, I always make the wrong decisions lol

Thanks though, looks like I'll have to keep plugging it in when I want to race, its a nuisance though as I can't play for long periods, and at the moment I have this Sim and a new racing game, so its a case of in, out, in, out (with the controllers I mean) lol

I've got an Sidewinder Precision Pro, Trust F1 wheel, Firestorm and a CH Flightsimjoke installed. I got no problems at all.
