Arrcab is no longer freeware and shouldnt be available anywhere but packaged with flightdeck. You can still download the carrier scenery but that's it.

I was lucky enough to get Arrcab just before it went payware, but I don't kow where to get the carriers, anyone know

Some carriers are still available here (the ones now used by Abacus), there is a lovely NZ one over at Avsim, if you pop into the Other Add-ons Wanted forum there was a post about this a couple of days back, and it included the address for a French carrier too.
