boats and etc

hello guys, i downloaded some boats and i have this problem. how do i get the boat out to the water? all i can select is airports and theres no water. would someone shed some light on how im supposed to make this work. thanks

2 options:
1) start at a regular airport and then "slew" (press "y") to the ocean.
2) start at one of the few sea airfields in FS.

Hint: some sea-airfields will have an X in front of all the other airport code letters. They will not start with a K or anything else
