i have a very old CH Products Flightstick. the only problem is (besides not very many buttons) that the throttle wheel on the left side of the joystick doesnt work at all. is there something that i have to do to get the throttle to work?

You could try to make sure that the assingments are correctly assigned. Also, set the slider, or wheel in your case, to as much sensitivity with the little slider on the assignment window. If not, make sure to calibrate your controller and see if during the calibration, the wheel does prove it works.
