Traffic.dll??

Postby jeffvdub » Sun Jun 29, 2003 8:52 pm

here is the problem. my hard drive had failed some time ago and i reinstalled FS 2002. when i goto start up it has this error that traffic.dll is a third party program. i click yes to run it and it exits out of FS. i click no and it just sits there in the first start up scren with the 747. i have 2 traffic.dll files though. one for FS and on for my system32. so can somebody give mne any advice on how to fixx this problem and get back in the air. THANKS

:) Is this a completely new install? Or are you reinstalling? There are two traffic.dll files in Fs2002, do a search and find out where they are. Try manually deleting them and then try to install them. It sounds like that one of them is corrupted.
Post again if you have further problems or questions.

Hmmm.  I only have one traffic.dll file in my \modules folder.  Everything seems to work ok, though.  Where's the other one supposed to be?

:)If you do a search, you should find the other in the system 32 folder.
