How do you prepare Flight Plans and where do you get the program for it?

Check here in the SimV Download section under Utilities. You'll actually want to get 2 programs. AFCAD and Traffic Tools, (TTools). Both are very simple to use and have great instructions. Just be sure to read all the doumentation and backup any files you want to modify.
You can also check the Project AI web site for other AI stuff.
