I am trying to some DSB designers.  Either David Brice (www.dsbdesign.net)<-was not working today or
Johan Peeters, DSB Design

I want to change their panel out for one I am working on.
Does anyone know how to contact them?????

PS what happens if you can't get ahold of the people in the read me files??? Can you just change the things that you need if you keep a record of trying to get in touch with them...I don't want to have any hard feelings out there....

After you download their files,just take a peek at their readme.txt files.  :)

I don't see the problem, whatever conditions are in the Readme. If it's for personal use, change anything you wish. Who's going to know? If you wish to share a panel you designed for an aircraft somone just happened to have modelled - upload it separately as Panel for whatever. It's perfectly legal - providing you don't use their own BMPs or gauges. This would obviously need their permission.

It's just a matter of courtesy to try and contact the original designer if you're going to change and share something someone else created. It's hard, sometimes to remember to do so.
Most times, if you're able to contact them, they have no problem with it. And, I think it's a matter of pride, (theirs), if you go ahead and reference a "Thank You" in your new ReadMe file.
And you never know. You might make a good friend out of the deal!

Nine times out of ten though, isn't it alright even to share the files as long as you include the original readme with it?  Most of the planes I've downloaded make that pretty clear in the readme.

Please don't get me wrong. I'm all for asking permission before messing with anyone else's files. I've made a lot of good friends this way myself.
As I understood the question, wish_bear wants to put his own panel in another designer's aircraft. I'm suggesting that rather than upload it as a complete file (aircraft + panel) he keeps it separate. This would mean he doesn't need permission from anyone. Of course, I might have completely the wrong idea.  ::)

I see, your way would be like uploading just a texture for an aircraft. It's his creation, that fits a particular aircraft. No permission needed.  :)
