Er, can you be a bit more specific?

I mean that if I choose this plane a want to take off, the airplane looks like it is stying on a runway but main gear does not touch the surface of the runway it is approx. a feet above

My problem is that the mian gear of my aircraft does not touch surface of the runway when stays on it. It is a feet or two above.

Do you know which parameters has to be changed in FS
EDIT to resolve this problem

Under the gear tab in FSEdit, you'll see three boxes with titled "Posititon, feet from reference datum", look for the box titled "Vertical", play around with it until you get the desired result, you'll probably only have to subtract 1ft from the indicated number.
