Airspeed

In the realism settings, I can choose two options:
-Display Indicated Airspeed
-Display True Airspeed
My question is, which should I have to choose, to have a real flight.

use indicated air speed for realistic
flight

What is the difference between them, I found out that the true airspeed is bigger that the  indicated airspeed, Why?
