Get Afcad and install it. Read the instructions that come with it and then start it up while you've got FS2002 already running.
Assuming you already have FSUIPC installed, the 2 progs will then be linked and you can Alt-Tab between them.
Open one of your 'problem' airfields in AFCAD and position your aircraft anywhere on the airfield by slewing. Alt-Tab to AFCAD and you will see that your position is shown by a red cross.
Also in Afcad you can see all the parking spots, runways, taxiways and stuff.
In FS2002 slew to a point (usually choose the end point) where you want your 'problem' taxiway to be.
Alt-Tab into Afcad and you can see how far out the current taxiway is from where you want it to be. Drag and drop the approriate point in Afcad to the red cross (ie where your aircraft is placed).
Repeat as often as you want to correct all the badly positioned taxiways. Save the final result and Afcad will replace the airfield filein FS2002 and make a backup of the original in case you have cocked up in any way.
Easy.
Points to note.
Use a small aircraft - I find the Bell is about ideal.
When you move things around remember that if aircarft need to pass close by each other the prog demands more space than you tink otherwise they just stop.
If you go crazy and start adding taxiways and stuff all over the place, you have to rememer that as in real life you get traffic flows. If 2 planes come together from diferent directions the whole airfield will eventually seize up.
I'm sure that everyone who uses this prog will agree it's great fun!
Remember, they can't touch you for it.....(an old English saying)
