Just bought a new ATI 9500 pro?
Posted: Mon May 12, 2003 11:42 pmI just bought the ATI 9500 Pro and wanted to know what other think of it. It seems to be fine, except for some jaggies in the rendering. Other than that I think I get better frame rates than the Nvidia Ti 4400 I was using. Just curious what others are experienceing and if you seem to like it.
Reason I switched to the ATI was because my Nvidia 4400 kept frying. I have replaced it 2 times in the last 8 months. The ventilation on my case is very good, and seems to be enough cooling. Anyway, thanks for the info...

I was gonna go with the Geforce 4 Ti but I have come across several magazine and internet reviews of the Radeon 9500 pro all of which speak very highly of the card and the benchmarking scores are actually higher for the Radeon than the Geforce Ti... it even beats the Ti4600 in some benchmarking tests.
