Can I move planes types from FS2000 Pro to FS 2002

If so can you tell me the best way to copy them from FS2000 Pro to FS 2002.  I have both simulators installed on my system now on the same hard drive

Yes, in short.

Copy the aircraft folders straight across. If they're FS2000 aircraft they should work fine in FS2002.

The problem you may encounter is with the gauges. I'd recommend doing the following:

Copy the entire contents of the FS2000 gauges folder into the FS2002 gauges folder BUT DO NOT OVERWRITE ANYTHING when you do. Otherwise you'll lose the FS2002 GPS for starters.
