I'm not really sure if any of you care, but i've been experimenting on the best cloud look. So here I am to tell you a pretty good looking one.  ;D

1. Go to Advanced weather.
Add a layer, stretch it from 0 to 1,300ft.
When it asks you to enter a base altitude make it -150.
Also make it deviation 1000.
2. Add another layer Right on top and make it overcast {8/8} cumulus and add some [glb]Rain[/glb] or snow. And there ya go.
And if you can find a better arrangement, I dare ya, tell me.
