I'm planning to buy a new joystick as I'm fed up with my Logitech Wingman Extreme.  I'm looking at spending
Who switched the lights off?

;D I have been using the Microsoft Side Winder Precission Pro (no force feedback) for several years and never had any problems.  It has loads of buttons if you want, an 8 position hat and is simple to program.
Where is it written?
