try calibrating the joystick first. If issue still persits..then its a problem in the cfg or air file, this is quite common. Try to use rudders if you have to

Well, apparentley... the original postee's original message has been deleted.
However, another thing to consider is if you are using downloaded weather, this can play a big role in the directional control if the winds are moderate to high and not directly down the runway.

The realism settings also can make taxiing quite difficult if you have them set high and you are using a prop.

Yeah,a 25kt crosswind is max for the Twin Otter I'm using and thats full rudder. After that its engine control as well as.

It makes take off a bit wierd, but I have found that when all the right/left rudder the plane has to offer doesn't help, I will turn the ailerons in the opposite direction the plane is being forced. Once the plane starts to rotate then make the ailerons straight.

Re-booting your pc may fix the problem as well.
