I'm confused with scenery creaters and add-ons. I tried Fort Lauderdale Intl, it included everything but the jetways. I tried Vancuvar, it had jetways scattered in every which way. I extracted it to the FS2002 scenery folder. Also, I just downloaded a scenery creater. Do I just create scenery and save it into scenery and it'll work? Help!

Right copy the scenery into add-on folder in your fs2k2 root directory.
Fire up 2k2, and go to settings, and then on the bottom left of the screen you'll see a option for scenery library. Go into that and use add scenery and work through the pop up panes. When you've finished click ok and you are sorted.

That's exactly what I did. I put my two add-on's as priority 1 and 2. I'm confused!

From what you say the scenery is installed & activated correctly. This particular scenery looks like updates to default airports. Read the install instructions carefully & add any Flatten or Exclude switches to Scenery.cfg. These are not always necessary. I'm not sure what you mean by jetways being all over the place. If the AI traffic is in the wrong positions look out for updated traffic tracks & use AFCAD to install them. Many FS2002 scenery downloads include these files.
You don't need a scenery design program unless you intend to create your own scenery. I think it's a little early to be thinking of that.

What I mean, is jetways are on the taxiway, runway, parking garage, etc. They are every which way. I'll try to fix the problem. Also, what section can I find ATC downloads?
