Posting Screen Shots

I can't seem to get a screen shot to show up in a post. I uploaded it to the Images area and inserted the link into my post with the name for the screen shot that I uploaded but all I get is a broken link icon. Is there a waiting period before you can link to them or am I doing something wrong that ins't explained in the instructions?

I use the URL: http://www.simviation.com/yabbuploads/T ... anding.jpg

and I only get this:

[BFMF]

Remember, the forum is case sensative and the extension of the file you uploaded was is in all caps

Ok here I changed everything to LC and my file size is 85k. I'm pretty sure I followed all the instructions.

Oops. Now I see. Heck, I cut and pasted it from the page that tells how. Didn't think to change it.
