Has this been happening to anyone? ??? I've been flying fs2002 for about a month. All of a sudden, there are no other AI planes. I restarted FS and went to several airports, still I'm the only plane around. There is no talk on the ATC of any other planes either. I checked my settings slider, and I put it to 100? AI traffic, yet nothing. Have I changed a setting or something? :(

The most common cause of this problem is deleting the default.dp file by mistake.
Look in the FS2002\aircraft folder for the file. If it's not there you can extract it from AIRCRAFT.CAB on CD - 1 with WinZip.

I had the same problem, it turned out to be the traffic.bgl file witch was messed up. You will find the file under /scenedb/ATC/traffic.bgl . Hope this solves your problem ;-)

I had that happen to me while in mid-flight, over the San Francisco Bay Area. Just breifly, though. I shut it down and restarted FS and everything was normal. It hasn't happened since, and I still don't know what caused that

Thanks everyone..
It ended up being the traffic.bgl file. I replaced it from disc 2. I'm a little baffled why it got messed up. Anyway, thanks for the resposes to my sos.
