Refuelling International airports

Most of the International airports in Australia don't have refuelling facilities (The Little Yellow Square). How can i get fuel at these airports.

If you have FSUIPC installed you can do it from there (follow the instructions), or its a case of hitting the ALT button and selecting Aircraft from the menu at the top of the screen and adjusting the fuel.
