Another AI query

Hi all,

Here's another AI question(s). Sorry if this is not exactly where this needs to go, but I haven't gotten a response yet at PAI.  ;)

I just downloaded two packages (Air France and Continental) using the auto-installer (auto mode) from Project AI. I noticed a United jet landing at DeGaulle, although that's not the airline I downloaded. Is that normal? (I did see a Continental jet parked at LaGuardia, too). How does downloading the packages affect the default AI? Does ATC "see" the PAI aircraft? Can I download as many of the airline packages as I want without creating a problem? What's the difference between downloading from the page with all of the airline logos and from the page where packages are listed in a very long list? If I want to, how do I delete the PAI stuff? Sorry for all the questions! Hope this made sense. Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much for the detailed response. I read somewhere in their site that they'll get an uninstall option sometime this year, presumably in the first part of the year. Yes, I agree that their site is somewhat confusing for first-timers. That's why I waited so long to start using it.
