Greetings,
I hear good things about Gray's trees add-ons. I'm not sure what the differences are between the three that I see here in Simviation:
1. Trees Library for FS2002(1). Autogen trees Replacement.
2. FS2002 Replacement Autogen Vegetation Textures.
3. Replacement Autogen Tree Textures (3rd Version).
Does anyone have any of these? Should more than one be used?
Thanks.

I use Gerrish Trees and find them to be pretty good. The tree addons are very good in my opinion.

I use all of the Gerrish tree add-ons, they are great, and really enhance the scenery.
I think you'll find the different versions are for different trees in different climates if I remember correctly, but its been a long time since I added them.

That add-on is MSTrees.zip. The following is the description:
Modified from Microsoft's AutoGen SDK FS2002 Scenery. Microsoft released the FS2002 AutoGen SDK on 18 April and included a superb set of replacement texture sheets for the Autogen vegetation. Unfortunately there was a small error in the summer textures, so here is a corrected copy. Installation is easy and doesn't need the AutoGen SDK itself (if you're not into designing your own scenery). It greatly improves the appearance of FS2002 (both versions) in all parts of the world. By Gerrish Gray (but it's mostly Microsoft's work, not mine). 1.7MB

Yea. Thanks Tipster. I have an interest in this as well. I DL'ed all three and will wait to hear which to install and in what order. Also does it hurt to install trees_v3.zip if you don't have 3rd party scenery that require it (yet)? (If I understood you correctly)
