FS Weather downloading

I know about the real weather function of FS, but I was wondering if it is possible to download a file that contains all of the weather for a single day and then upload it to your computer for playineg.

I run  FS2002 on a seperate computer from the internet, and it is difficult to transfer incormation from drive to drive.  Can I download info that will update my software to the current conditions without being online.

I don't know a lot about this, so any help would be appreciated.

I think you are going to have trouble going from outside FS specific programs drive to drive. Wouldn't it be easier to network the two so you can run a download when you need it in FS? Thats assuming they're compatible systems etc. I don't know enough to say more, perhaps some one else could step in with some networking info?

Hi Ender, the FS one isn't much use, and generates a lot of problems. Try going to http://fsmetar.socair.org and downloading their new v1.04 meterology program (its freeware), and it hooks up to various weather info stuff and is in realtime! You'll need FSUIPC installed on your system for it to work, if you don't have it then you can download it here from the utilities page.

Hope this helps
Ozzy ;)

Networking isn't an option, courtesy of my dad.  He wants the other computer to function as a stand-alone because he is wary of someone 'pirating' his saved drawings in autocad. ::)  So my best option is going to probably be following Ozzy's link.  Thanks again, Oz ;D
