Check here:
http://www.speakeasy.org/~rhogen/arrestorcables.htmI was just looking at his main page, and he has some links to some other sources listed.
You might get lucky.
Hope this helps.

Not available as freeware since when?
I downloaded everything (including the fsuipc and arrcab docs) a few weeks ago either here or on fsplanet.com

it was made payware a while back, but i think its still avaliable free in places.
and as for fsplanet, knowing them that wouldnt make sence, selling it off for twice the price would:)

<------------------ ;D
The licence for Arrcab was sold to Abacus for a year only a week or two ago.
Without stirring up a hornet's nest, it's worth noting that the author originally included a licence for the product to be freely distributable. Consequently, unless you want the latest version (can't remember the version number off-hand) you should be able to find the earlier versions around somewhere.
If the author was thinking of making it payware, he really should have been more careful with the wording of his earlier licences.
