Gauge help needed.

Ric Barker (good chap that he is!) tried his best for me but I'm still stuck with 2 gauges that I need to de-compile, edit, and re-compile.
To my knowledge, there is no freeware programme out there that does this. If you know of one please let me know, but I'm fairly sure this is a non-starter.
So I need someone's assistance who has such a program to decompile these gauges for me. If you can help, or know someone that might, please let me know.
