Force feedback

Postby fidji » Mon Mar 17, 2003 1:19 pm

Hi Guys

This week i Buy a new stick "Sidewinder Force feedback II" and my first tests where on FS2002 and CFS2.

At the begining I was a bit desapointed just for one reason, the stick is to soft in the center, so it's very dificult to do those tini adjustments on landings procedures...but I was amazed when i tryed USAF, there are no gun kick backs but in the other hand it has perfect center forces, landings are easy and very precise.

I need help from you guys, anyone knows anything about these??

There Are some config file that i can change??

I hope someone could help me

Thanks to all

Sorry for the crosspost but I'm desesperated ???

In the aircraft.cfg file of each aircraft there are the details for the force feedback. Try playing around with them (your can open them in notepad).
Oh and big jets etc will feel v.sluggish naturally.

Many Many thanks Ozzy72

But it's a shame that Microsoft don't give us a chance to change Sticks properties in their own Games and Sticks :-/

At least, I supose the FS2002 profile has to be good, but isn
