I tried this and cleaned up the reported problems.  It corrected the ATC problems I reported here http://www.simviation.com/cgi-bin/yabb/ ... 1047778506.

If your virus scanner checks every file as it is opened you should turn it OFF.  It reads 10,000+ files in under a minute with AV off, but about 10-15 minutes with AV on.
