In June 2002, I downloaded 23 files for FS2002 30m Terrain Mesh for the continental USA, including Alaska.
These were done by Stephen Rothlisberger.
Now I would like to download the other 45, but it
ask me for a Username and a Password.
Are these no longer available ?

If you downloaded them from here, then I think they were the US Meshes that were uploaded without the authors permission or something, and had to be removed.
Pretty sure they are payware these days, however there are a number of freeware meshes still available.
