For anyone unfamiliar with the name in the URL, volftp are Mondalori.com - FSPlanet's file hosts.

Seems they are now in the same game in their own right - never mind their culpability with FSPlanet.com.

It's going to be a busy e-mail day....

As a result of the contents of my post above, I've decided I've had enough now.

I will be setting up a website in the next few days that will act as a focal point for anyone who has had their files ripped off by FSPlanet and Mondalori.com, and anyone that would like to support action taken against them.

I'll be organising what I can to raise funds to persue these two through legal action.

I'm also concious of the fact that this forum, which is the best about in my humble opinion, isn't really the place to be rattling on about all this.

I'll post the url as soon as I have it done.

Whatever it takes - they're going to account for this.

A good way to promote a site is to post a link.  I don't see the logic in spending money to complain about freeware.

Freeware has its own laws. If you had your work stolen, even though your Legal Notice says you can't, wouldn't you be angry?
