Converter for fs98 STN files to fs2002 FLT files?

I can't believe this: fs2000 contained a converter but fs2002 does not. Do I have a chance to use my fs98 STN files with fs2002?

Ako no I'm afraid not, but nearly all FS2k aircraft will work directly in FS2k2 nut not FS98, so there are good things in life, and there are bad things. Oh and CFS2 kites will work too!!! So enjoy, and don't worry be happy.

Well, the aircrafts are not my concern. It's the 120 situations with different clouds, winds, planes, locations, ..., I created so far.

I still don't believe that I would have to buy fs2000 for nothing but just a converter!!!
