Hi all, I just downloaded the FTD United 757, as by the reviews looks like a must have download.
Ok, usually I instal Aircraft without a problem, however this one I am having trouble with, and was wondering if someone could give me some simple instrutions.

I looked at the tutorials on installing Aircraft, however still no go.

Ok I uzipped the download and when I open it I have 4 folders .Model - Panel- Sound- Texure, I also have the Aircraft.cfg, and all the other stuff readme ect ect.

So do I drag the Model folder to Aircraft Folder, and Panel Folder to Gauges ect ect.

Because I did this, and the aircraft is not showing up in my list.

What have I done wrong, please help, as I am dying to take this bird for a spin.

Thanks again.....Tomcat61

When you unzip the folders and files, make a new folder called "FTD 757" (call it what you like - it makes no difference) and then drop all the files and folders you unzipped into that folder.

Then drop your new folder into your Aircraft folder.

Remove all the folders and files you've previously put in your FS2002 folder - they're all in the wrong place I'm afraid.

I just unzipped "all files"  "using folders"  to a temporary folder,,

In that folder was the main 757 folder,,  just put that in the aircraft folder...

(after viewing the pics and reading the readme's , I deleted them)

Terribly sorry - I was working off Tomcat's description there.

I haven't had the chance to download the 757 yet due to my dial-up bandwidth being currently occupied with over 250mb of Windows updates.:(

Thanks so kindly guys, I have it now, and I must say, what a fantastic piece of work, congrats to Ric Barker, this is by far the best download I have.

Love the dynamic wing views, and the shine on the aircraft as it zooms by, fantastic.
If you don't have this download, I recommend you get it right away, you will love it.
Once again thanks...Tomcat61
