Active Camera

Does Active Camera allow you to roam the cabin? If so, how? By what I see so far, it turns the tower view into a configurable flyby, which is quite cool.

Press ALT when you're up and running in a plane, then you'll see the OPTIONS on the top. When you click that, ACTIVE CAMERA will be among the choices.

You can use the numpad arrows to move around the DVC.

For aircraft with an extended virtual cockpit (like the Mach 2 Concorde, or the Business Class lounge in the Meljet 777), you just have to go into virtual cockpit mode, and use the 7, 9, 8 and 2 keys on the number pad to scroll around and go back and forward, etc. You should also make sure that when you press ALT and go to the Active Camera Pro settings, "External cockpit view" (or something like that should not be checked.

For aircraft with modelled interiors which are not part of the VC, check the external cockpit view button, and go into VC mode. You can then scroll around the plane, and go up and down and around, etc.

Well, I figured out that the Active Camera that I installed was not the Pro version, which I've now downloaded. It has a good manual, which describes all the functions and views. It's really nice to see the planes from such different vantage points.
