If you go to PAI's website and go to 'Certified Resources', click on 'Packages', you will see a list of all the airline packages. Download the installer program and the airline packages of your choice, open the zip file for the airline and extract the pai file. Now run the installer and select the pai file. It will automatically install all aircraft, textures, and flightplans needed by that airline

Hi Paul,

I'm new to this too but I think the answers are as follows:

The flyable versions are in your aircraft menu under PAI.

The new A.I. aircraft will be located at the airports they fly out of (and in to). For example, if you install Easyjet, you need to go to either Luton or Liverpool airports in the U.K. They're the only airports they're based at. Or, of course, their destination airports - if you can catch them before they return. :)
