It looks like all the old links are dead.
According to my EULA, "YOU MAY FREELY DISTRIBUTE THE ORIGINAL, UNCHANGED ARCHIVE FILE AS LONG AS NO MONEY IS EVER MADE BY ITS DISTRIBUTION.", so I could email you a copy. Just give me an address and let me know what's the largest file size your mailbox can handle. It's 1.3 Mb but could be broken down into smaller packets.

ArrCab is going to become a part of Flight Deck 3. It will be available "soon" according to Abacus, at a mere $29.95. See BMan113VR's post for the address.
Please read no further if you do not wish to be subjected to completely subjective editorial views.
This is the same kind of garbage that made MS rich. If you can't beat 'em, buy 'em. S-Combo is no longer functional freeware but is a part of another Abacus payware prog, a mere $39.95.
I can not blame authors who put a lot of time into these projects - who among us would resist a substantial cash offer?
Let's keep these pirates out of business by freely distributing our freeware versions of these programs. My version of ArrCab says it is freely distributable and I intend to keep it so. If I get enough demand for it I will post it on my own website.

You would have to ask a lawyer about the difference between freeware and public domain. They are not the same. But to quote from the readme file:
"*** LEGAL AND OTHER STUFF ***
All package contents are Copyright (c) 2001-2002 Richard Hogen
YOU MAY FREELY DISTRIBUTE THE ORIGINAL, UNCHANGED ARCHIVE FILE AS LONG AS NO MONEY IS EVER MADE BY ITS DISTRIBUTION."
So as I see it (plain English, not Lawyerese), I may freely distribute the unchanged archive, etc. What you do after that ain't my problem.
